Spridom distributes the liqueur of Whiskey Drambuie on the French market since July 1st, 2007.
Elaborated on base of blended scotch and of heather honey, Drambuie is a rich, creamy and fruity liqueur.

The name Drambuie is diverted from the Gaelic An Dram buiadch, who means literally the drink which satisfies. The legend tells that it would have been the personal liqueur of Prince Charles Edouard (Bonnie Prince Charlie).

In 1746, after the defeat of his army in the battle of Culloden, he would have entrusted to the captain John Mackinnon, the native of Skye, the recipe of his favorite drink.
